Protect your Aura!

Do you think someone’s energy can have an impact on the people in the room? Each of us carries different energy which is our unique aura. Our personalities are the foundation to build the energy our aura will carry. The way we behave or talk with people there is an energy which is a person puts in the universe. It can vary from having calming or positive energetic to negative or anxious. 

All the people we meet are not meant to be pleased. It is okay if we do not vibe with some due to their opinions or the energy they possess which affect us. We need to know when the negative vibe is affecting our aura. We should take utmost care to protect our aura as that is our identity. We have to keep our aura strong to grow

Negative people are in everyone’s life who keep sucking our energy. We feel drained if we spend too much time with them. If we do not take steps to protect our aura then we will be ruining our mental health. Most of the time we do not realize someone is bad for us until that person leaves the room or we stop talking to them. Those negative/toxic people are like creepers whose goal is to destroy our happiness. 

I would relate these negative people like some villains of movies who have the evil motto. There are plenty of examples as each movie shows a good and bad side, in the end, the good wins over the evil. We need to step up and initiate the steps for healing and protecting our aura.

I would recommend the following ways to protect your aura :

  1. Hot water therapy –

Water is said to be a source that can turn negative to positive energy. Water has healing powers which are used by generations. A hot water bath or simply dipping your feet in water can help to release the negativity and stress. It will not only elevate you physically but also psychologically. 

2. Incense stick and essential oils –

Smell plays a vital role to control our mood. If we feel low and negative, the aroma of incense stick and essential oil will help to boost our energy. Even scented candles can be used to create a positive vibe. Just like water the fire is another element that drives negativity away.

3.Salt therapy–

Salt is another oldest form of removing negative energy. There are various way of using it either taking a bath in saltwater or keeping a bowl of saltwater in the corner of the window. Salt absorbs the negativity by creating space for positive vibes to enter. 

4.Affirmations by setting boundaries –

Building walls from the toxic and negative people is essential else they will suck our energy. Positive affirmations help towards self-confidence. Do not let the words affect your mental health as it can tend to play mind games by hurting our self-esteem. Saying no is difficult but sometimes the right thing to keep the distance before negativity destroys it. Too much giving and not getting the same energy in return can also be another reason where we need to know when to stop and prioritize ourselves by protecting our aura.
